Victoria Club Hotel is one of the oldest hotels of puri . Starting from freedom fighters like shri Lala lajpat rai to the president his excellency Dr. Pranab Mukherjee have visited victoria club hotel and spent their vacations here. HOTEL POLICIES :

Check-in: 9.00 AM & Check-Out: 7 AM.

  1. Please, furnishing of photo ID proof having address proof of each and every member is mandatory at the time of check-in.
  2. A copy of this booking should be produced at the time of Check-In.
  3. Room Booking date can not be changed.
  4. Booking is not transferable.
  5. Room number to be provided at the time of check-in, however, the category of room is confirmed.
  6. Any communication will be replied only of received from your registered mail id as per our record.
  7. Any dispute arising out of this reservation will be subject to Puri Jurisdiction only.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
  • No refund against confirmed booking, when cancelled within 9 days prior to arrival date.
  • 50% Amount Refund in between 10-19 days prior to arrival date.
  • 75% Amount Refund 20 Days and above prior to arrival date
NO-SHOW POLICY :
  • Reservation will stand automatically canceled if you fail to occupy the room within 12hrs. from the scheduled checking in.
  • For late check-in, Guest must intimate to the Hotel.
  • In case of no-show, there will be no-refund of the advance paid.

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
